Kamaz says starts assembling cabins for K5 trucks

MOSCOW, Nov 20 (PRIME) -- Russia’s largest truck maker Kamaz has started assembling first cabins for trucks of the K5 model range, the company said in a statement Tuesday.

The new cabin differs from the previous models by the height of the frame, as well as in its depth – there will be two beds behind the driver’s seat.

The company plans to assemble 40 cabins until the end of the year.

Kamaz said in June it will launch a new facility for production of cabin frames for K5 trucks in April 2019.
